The log cabin made for comfort
Our rAuszeit is a lovingly furnished log cabin in Scandinavian style – perfect for families, groups of friends or couples who want to combine nature and comfort.

The house features three bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds. On the open mezzanine, you'll find two additional box-spring beds – ideal for kids or friends.
🍳 Modern kitchen with everything you need
Stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster – and of course plenty of dishes, pots and glasses for long dinners at the table.
On warm summer nights, fire up the high-quality outdoor grill and enjoy your BBQ under the stars.

The region around Lake Diemelsee truly has something for everyone.
Right outside the door, you’ll find scenic hiking and biking trails through forests, meadows and along the water. The Diemelsteig and Uplandsteig are among the most popular hiking routes in the area.
In summer, the lake and its peaceful coves invite you to swim, go stand-up paddling, rent a boat – or simply relax in the sun.
In the colder months, the area turns into a winter paradise: the ski resorts of Willingen and Winterberg are just a short drive away and offer everything from skiing and sledding to après-ski – perfect for snow lovers of all kinds.
